Yin and Yang: A day of Tantra in the Peak District
Saturday 12th March 2016: Cratcliff Cottage – Dudwood Lane, Elton, Derbyshire, DE4 2LZ
10:00 until 17:00 (please arrive at 09.30)
This one day Tantra workshop is designed for people who want to find a balance between the various aspects of themselves, get in touch with those aspects which lie hidden; and live a richer life.
We will use breath, movement, touch and expression to:
- Explore our roles as givers and receivers;
- Deepen our understanding of the parts of ourselves we keep hidden;
- Balance life force energy and consciousness; and
- Bring that energy and consciousness into connection with others; and
The workshop is suitable for individuals and couples of all genders and orientations who are looking to know the possibilities of deeper connection with their sexuality and to channel that energy to spirit or higher purpose.
There is no need to have had any previous experience of Tantra.
Our venue is a wonderful cottage deep in the Dales. A wild and beautiful space. Lunch will be provided and please get in touch if you have special dietary needs.

Early bird price £50 if booked and paid for before Friday 4th March 2016. The price thereafter will be £60.
